Canyon Ranch - Great Lawn Supper Series

We're heading inland for one night to cook the Great Lawn Supper Series at Canyon Ranch, an outdoor dinner presented in partnership with the James Beard Foundation. One long communal table on an open lawn in the Berkshires, and coastal New England cooking carried three hours from the water.

Every dish served that evening comes from Tide to Table, our forthcoming book with Rizzoli, out March 2027. The full menu, start to finish, is drawn from its pages. This is the first time any of it has been cooked for the public, six months before the book reaches shelves. David is on the fire; Kathleen has chosen the wines and will be pouring through the night. Both be at the table to talk through the menu and the book behind it.

The supper is part of a two-night retreat at Canyon Ranch. Reservations and details are handled through Canyon Ranch.
