We will have a 10/15 minute guided Sacral Chakra Meditation to get into the right headspace and leave the day behind us to flow gently into the evening's event

Please feel free to bring a journal should you feel called to take notes/journal anything 

Come with an open heart and be ready to feel lighter and less stressed with clarity 

We sit on a clean new floor with pillows should you choose to bring one and a blanket. That is up to you! I do have a bench available for those who wish to sit on it.
