Every story matters—and we want to hear yours. Community storytelling is more than just a passion project; it’s essential to how we perceive, understand, and engage with the world around us. Whether you have a tale to share or simply want to listen and connect, join us for a welcoming afternoon of live, personal stories!
Event Details Date: Tuesday, August 25, 2026 Time: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Location: Thrive55+ Active Living Center (Community Room) Cost: FREE (Open to Residents & Non-Residents) Age Eligibility: Adults (Ages 18+)
What to Expect 10 Storytellers | 5 Minutes Each: Up to ten volunteer speakers will take the mic to share true, personal stories based on the day’s theme.
Warm Community Atmosphere: A friendly space for both performers and audience members to connect through the art of oral storytelling.
