Forest Bathing Therapy is a healing mindfulness practice that allows people to experience the forest in a complete way they don’t normally get to. Forest bathing can reduce anxiety and stress and reconnect people with the earth and grounds their energy. Join Amelia South, the No-BS Herbalist, a local herbalist and foraging instructor from Black Sun Farm in Killingly.

No experience necessary.  Pre-registration required. Meets at DPNC.
