Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga class, designed for beginners and those looking to deepen their understanding of a class where yoga postures (asana) join together with the deep breath of Ujjayi. Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes breath with movement, creating a fluid, meditative flow that invigorates body and mind, improves flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting cardiovascular development and stress reduction. Open to every-body
