Description
In Yin yoga, poses will be held longer, allowing the deeper, less flexible tissues in your body the time to stretch. A deep, transformative practice, where slow, mindful movement meets a meditative state of relaxation. This class is designed to enhance flexibility and cultivate awareness by holding gentle postures for an extended period, 3 to 10 minutes, making it suitable for all levels of practitioners. Generally, no standing poses in this class.
